UCLA is celebrating its 100th birthday this year and to celebrate the occasion, we’re offering alumni, students, their families and friends the opportunity to stay as close as possible to campus… on campus! The UCLA Meyer and Renee Luskin Conference Center has over 250 well-appointed rooms that can meet any budget, an acclaimed on-site restaurant, excellent amenities (including access to UCLA’s recreational facilities) and close proximity to major points on campus and nearby West L.A.

Double queen room at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center

There’s a Room Type Just for You

The UCLA Luskin Conference Center offers three choices of room types, suitable for any size party and at affordable rates. Single rooms can sleep up to two guests on a king bed, and double queen rooms can sleep anywhere from two to four people. Staying at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center is also the most affordable choice because unlike other hotels, you don’t have to pay a room tax or a resort fee when you stay! Want to upgrade your stay? Then book one of our three types of suites — the Alumni, University or Presidential suites with even more space and features. Enjoy the amenities while you’re here, such as access to UCLA’s Wooden Center gym or pools at Sunset Canyon Recreation area. If you’re ever hungry, the popular Plateia restaurant in our open-air lobby has a robust menu of delicious Mediterranean-inspired, California-fresh dishes to suit your palate. There’s good reason it made the Diners’ Choice list on OpenTable this year!

The UCLA Luskin Conference Center is the ideal place to stay when visiting UCLA for UCLA Centennial events, or to explore the campus. Stay near all the popular places on campus including Pauley Pavilion, the UCLA Store at Ackerman Union, the UCLA Athletics Hall of Fame, and the Fowler Museum. Plus, it’s one of the few hotels in the Westwood area, where you can enjoy all the great dining, shopping and entertainment in Westwood Village and nearby communities such as Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and West L.A.

CicLAvia: Heart of L.A.

As part of UCLA’s 100th birthday, there will be a number of events throughout Westwood and around Los Angeles throughout the year. These include free concerts, a 6-mile celebration in Downtown L.A. with CicLAvia, and day of service led by the UCLA Volunteer Center with 100 sites across L.A. to help the community. Other events include the 2019 UCLA Awards as well as UCLA at LA Pride Parade, both in June 2019; the Westwood Village Block Party and Volunteer Day in September 2019; and LA Hacks 2020, L.A.’s largest student hackathon, in March 2020.
