TEDxUCLA this year will feature talks on one of the most interesting and puzzling topics in our universe — “time.” Since the beginning, humans have been interested in analyzing its meaning, and figuring out how it goes by and trying to understand how to make the best use of time. The talks will focus on a variety of topics related to time and feature over ten gifted speakers, including several faculty members from UCLA. Among the speakers are Mayank Mehta from the UCLA Department of Physics, Kay Rhie from the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, Jill Seubert, Deputy Principal Investgator from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Trustee Peter Taylor from the California State University system.
