From refreshment breaks and working lunches to cocktail receptions and large banquets, they excel at creating healthful, delicious and beautifully presented menus for every type of event. In keeping with UCLA’s vision of sustainability, the catering team creates gorgeous table settings sans linens, helping to support water conservation. Guests also discover green-friendly amenities at each of our Nutrition Hubs, including fair-trade coffee and sugar, and compostable cups, napkins and utensils.
