The Center’s Complete Meeting Packages (CMPs) make planning an event in Southern California easy by incorporating everything into one per-person rate. The flexible daily per-person packages eliminate surprise charges because everything is included in the rate – the hotel rooms, the pre-event planning, meeting room rentals, audio-visual equipment and support, and catering. Meetings can be half-day or full-day, depending upon the program’s agenda.

 

Each complete meeting package includes:

  • A delicious pre-set breakfast buffet and/or pre-set luncheon buffet served in Plateia, our on-site Mediterranean-inspired California-fresh restaurant.
  • Continuous refreshment breaks, served in our Nutrition Hubs located throughout the property, to keep attendees rejuvenated all day.
  • Essential audio-visual equipment featuring an LCD projector, screen, microphone, podium and flip chart in each reserved meeting room along with full audio-visual support.
  • Each client of the UCLA Luskin Conference Center is assigned a dedicated Conference Services planner to assist with the planning and execution process, making sure all events are successful in every way.
  • Throughout the property, we offer complimentary, robust Wi-Fi that connects directly to the UCLA Campus Backbone Network (CBN) for exceptional bandwidth.
