Who doesn’t love the Internet? Did you know the first Internet transmission was sent right here at UCLA at 3420 Boelter Hall back in 1969? That’s right, and now you can celebrate this achievement by Distinguished Professor Leonard Kleinrock and his team, that changed the world with an archive created in its honor in the very room where the transmission was sent. Admission is free, but the museum is open to the public during a very limited, daily window. Please contact the UCLA Office of Media Relations at (310) 825-2585 for operating hours.
