ACHIEVE PEAK ENGAGEMENT

Los Angeles’ newest meeting venue is also its smartest.

The UCLA Luskin Conference Center was designed with the singular purpose of welcoming a new class of innovators to the Los Angeles area. Designed to inspire, this bright and spacious Westwood hotel with leading edge audio-visual resources and generous amenities vibrates with the energy of advancement, invention and optimism throughout its halls and UCLA meeting spaces.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the conference center’s meeting rooms frame views of UCLA’s campus and capture Southern California’s glorious sunshine, infusing each space with an uplifting air. Attendees feel more engaged in this illuminated environment, which plays a dual role of serving UCLA’s aim to save precious energy resources. When the sun sets, technology steps in with motion-sensor lighting throughout all meeting spaces, dining areas and even the restrooms. With 25,000 feet of thoughtfully-planned, second-to-none meeting space in Los Angeles, the UCLA Luskin Conference Center beautifully accommodates meeting, conferences and special events.

The UCLA Luskin Conference Center is anchored by an expansive ballroom with space for theater-style configuration or banquet seating. Twenty-four breakout rooms in this Westwood hotel offer seating for smaller groups on the UCLA campus as well. A tiered classroom with fixed seating and the 9,300-square-foot outdoor Centennial Terrace complete our collection of function spaces at this spectacular Southern California conference center and hotel.

The adjoining 254 guest rooms in this UCLA hotel and the on-site restaurant and lounge complete the full-range of offerings that contribute to a successful event.

The UCLA Luskin Conference Center is designed to serve the needs of individuals and groups attending campus meetings or events; those doing business with UCLA entities; and University of California faculty, students, staff and other University affiliates.

All conferences, programs and events held at the Luskin Conference Center must have an eligible learning or educational purpose. Your request to reserve meeting space will be reviewed for approval to ensure the activity is in alignment with the University’s mission of teaching, research and service.
